Recites writing obligatorys made according to the reconveyancing of debts [16 May 1602 and 15 Feb 1603], i) being bounded unto ii) for 2 sums of £400. From 1 May 1604 until 12 Nov 1605, ii) to 'sinck pytte grubb and gett' coals in Pesenet [Pensnett] Wood commonly called Amblecott Pitt in Kingswinford, Staffs. for his own proper use paying Lord Harrington at or before the 12 Nov (if Lady Theadoria Duddely [Theadora Dudley] shall so long live) £200. i) to permit ii) from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary next ensuing to enjoy all those parcels of ground and pasture with appurtenances in Segeley Parke [Sedgley Park], Staffs., called [?], Ewens Lawne (50a) during the life of i) at the rent of one peppercorn. Upon the death of i), within 6 days, his heirs and executors, etc. to pay ii) the sum of £50.
