Forge or ironworks in Cradley Forge, a furnace called Cradley Furnace and Cradley Mills alias the New Mills in Cradley, Worcs. and Staffs.; great pool called the new pool; and all houses, buildings, appurtenances, etc. Also, permission to dig and carry away sufficient stones called hearth stones at i)'s mine or quarry at Himbley [Himley], Staffs. for making one furnace hearth yearly and also of stones, clods, earth, clay, sand, gravel, turf and furze for erecting and repairing the dams and [stanks] of the pools and watercourses from lands of i) and from Pensnett Chase to make bricks and tiles for the premises. Also liberty to take away limestone from i)'s lands called the Conigree and the Old Parke or other limepits of i). Also, right to timber for repair. Also, may dig pits in the lands or grounds of i) to draw out ironstone at the rate of 2s per bloom and paying the workmen: coal not to be drawn (if i) draws coal from the pits, i) will pay charges) Reserving the right of i) to fish in the Great Pool.

Provisio: to keep premises in good repair, listing equipment and implements to be returned at end of lease. i) also bargains and sells ii) 500 cords of coalwood per annum, ii) paying for taking away such wood from the grounds of i) (i) not to sell wood to anyother iron forge without consent). ii) may also fall coalwood or coppice wood as i) appoints for charcole. Also, permission to build huts, etc. for workmen.
