Such alteration or variation to commence in or near to a field belonging to the Earl of Dartmouth, in the Parish of West Bromwich, in the County of Stafford, numbered 52, on the parliamentary plan of such cut or canal; and to terminate in or near to a field belonging to Wyrley Birch Esquire, in the township of Witton, in the Parish of Aston Juxta Birmingham, in the County of Warwick and numbered 50 on the said plan'.
