With promise to convey the Manor of Himley and mansion house there, etc., to ii) within 7 years also for 21 years paying a rent of £6, the mansion house being jointure for Theodosia, Lady Dudley.
With proviso that if i) pays ii) £220 on 12 Feb 1599, then lease to be void.
