Notes that the Court 'did Order that an Injunction should be Awarded to restrain you... from Cutting down any Timber or other Trees Growing on the Estate in Question which were planted or Growing there for the protection or Shelter of the Mansion House belonging to the said Estate or for the ornament of the said House or which grew in Lines Walks Vistas or otherwise for the Ornament of the said House or the Gardens parks or pleasure Grounds thereto belonging until you the said Defendants should appear to and fully Answer the Complainants Bill...' under penalty of £10,000.
