| Description | Declares that at a Court Baron of the Customary Court of John Ward Esq. held for the Manor of Sedgley [3 Apr 1733], Thomas Cooper surrendered to the lord a messuage or tenement called Jevon's tenement in Coseley with all buildings and appurtenances, etc. and also a close called Old Ridding and his part of a meadow called Stockwall Ash (2a) and diverse parcels of land in the Common Fields of Coseley called the Overfield and the Nether Field with appertances to the use of William Ward (admitted as tenant) in trust for John Ward and his heirs to be conveyed upon command.
