Impropriate tithes from several parcels of land in Sedgley, namely: Beggary Bit (containing ¾ days work); a parcel of land in Ruiton Field (¾ days); a parcel of land called the Quicksands (2 days); parcel of land called Whites Lower Piece (1 days); a parcel of land in Base Pool (1 days); a parcel of land called Tutoring Piece (¾ days); parcel of land called Short Butts (¾ days); parcel of land near to the dwelling house of John Evans (¾ days); a parcel of land in Sedgley Field (¾ days); a parcel of land called Burnt Ash (1½ days); a parcel of land called Gibbet Piece (¾ days); and parcel of land called Meadow Plecks (¾ days) [occupiers and abuttals given]. Also, all other impropriate tithes from lands in Sedgley belonging to James Cowdan. Recites indenture 4 Jan 1659/60.
