At summary it is noted that: 'The foregoing Rental is incorrect in many instances in the stated Amount of Rent & Arrears. It was the wish of this Accountant that time should be allowed to examine all Outstanding Accounts connected with the Rental, & to ascertain the amount due from each Tenant. A considerable portion of the Arrear will eventually be allowed in Account for Mining Damages, Repairs, & other claims, which remain open for Adjustment'.
