Description | Lists tenants alphabetically by location, giving tenants' names, quantity of land, present and proposed rent with figures of increase and decrease. Covers Himley, Wombourne, Kingswinford, Sedgley, Wolverhampton, Rowley, Tipton, Dudley and Belbroughton, with totals.
Includes report and observations by John P. Roberts [1 Dec 1824] who states that: 'the Estate possesses, in an eminent degree, peculiar advantages resulting from its locality, which affords a most favourable opportunity for the disposal of every description of Agricultural produce...', though 'the disposition of the Estate is decidedly bad, no consistent and convenient disposal of the Farms has ever been made’.
