To convey a tenement called Barlies Tenement in Cotwallend [Cotwall End], Sedgley with all barns, edifices, stables, gardens and orchards belonging; a meadow adjoining; a close or pasture called Mill Field Hill; a close called Wall Field (6a); a close called Colilierton in 3 parts divided with 1 little meadow adjoining; a little piece of land called the Sling; a close in 2 parts divided called Ditchfields in Sedgley; messuage called Novison or Moorfields Tenement with all barns, edifices, stables, orchards, gardens and appertenances in Ettingshall or Esewere; 4a land in the garden field; and all other copyhold land held by i). Also that tenement called Haywards Tenement in Nether Gournall [Gornall] with all barnes, etc. To the use of Peter Persehouse for life and then Edward Gibbons.
