Description | [17 Chas I - 2 Chas II] [1641 - Aug 1643, Sep - Oct 1644 and Jun 1646 - 1652]
With note of the imprisonment of the writer (possibly William Barnes, the steward) from Aug 1643 - Jul 1644 and hence the gap in Court Roll: 'Memorand[um] 30mo. die Julii 1644 being the first Co[u]rt after my Release out of prison I came to the Co[u]rt place to hould the Co[u]rt & was interrupted by Walter Richard. And soe was I likewise the xxth day of August' (p.69).
