DescriptionSeveral presentments have amendations. Presentments include appointment of 'headborough' and constables, etc. Most are signed by the jury/homage. In Apr 1724, the death of Joseph Woodhouse of Wolverhampton is recorded though it is noted that it is not known if he held free or copyhold land [this is resolved in Oct 1727]. In Oct 1727, it is noted that Mr Samuel Hellier late of the Woodhouses died seised of an estate and his son Samuel to be admitted as tenant. In Oct 1728, the death of Jane the wife of Edward Robins is noted and William Eginton [Egginton] named as heir to the copyhold and John Eginton [Egginton] to the freehold.
