i) will convey, within 10 years, to ii): the Manor, Borough and furnace of Dudley; Dudley Castle, New Park, Conigree, Old Park, Pensnett Chase; Manor of Rowley; advowson of Dudley; Knoll Pitt at Knoll Hill, Pensnett Chase and other mines at Pensnett Chase; Dudley Priory and land and premises belonging; Chaspell Chase; Manor of Himley; Himley Park; Ashwood Chase; and Baggaridge [Baggeridge] Chase.
To use of i) for life, then to use of ii) and the heirs male of the body of Francis Dudley; ii) shall receive annuity of £300 out of this property until the death of i); jointure of £500 p.a.; and a portion to Humble Ward's daughters at age 21 or marriage of £5,000.
Consideration: marriage of iii) and £15, 000 paid to i) by ii), £2,400 now and remainder to pay off mortgages on estate
