On marriage of iii) and Honour Seymour, grand-daughter of i): ii) agrees to convey to i): the Manor of Dudley and Dudley Castle, borough of Dudley and furnace of Dudley; New Park, Conigree and Old Park of Dudley; Pensnett Chase; house called Netherton and lands in Dudley; Manor of Rowley; mines called Knoll Pitts at Knoll Hill in Pensnett Chase, and other mines; Priory of Dudley, windmill in Dudley, tithes of Northefield, Worcs.; messuage in Trussell alias Trishall [Trysull], Worcs.; messuages in Cradley and Dudley; lands in Dudley, Sedgley and Himley; Manor of Kingswinford. To the use of iii) for life, then to the use of Honour for life as jointure, then to their heirs. With better hammer Smithwick in Rowley and other hammer Smithwick in Swynford, New Park Furnace with liberty to iii) to take as much ironstone as he needs; Old Park of Himley called The Coppice and house at Smithwick in the occupation of Alexander Jervyse to the use of iii) and wife for life of ii), then to use of iii) for life, then to use of iii)'s first son and then to his heirs male; annuity of £60 out of the borough and manor of Dudley to be paid by iii).

Consideration: marriage and £5,300 from i) to ii)
