Regarding the will of Sir Thomas Brereton, decd.
iii) to have will proved and pay £50 p.a. to i) and ii) out of houses in Chester, Leath, Marelston and Hanbridge. In the first year i) will use £10 of this payment for repairs to the houses. i) and ii) will each pay £10 p.a. to use of William Brereton "cozen german" of Sir Thomas, during iii)'s life.
iii) will pay to each of i) and ii), a further £50 p.a. from other rents. i) and ii) will pay further £10 each out of this to William Brereton. iii) will pay £10 p.a. to William Brereton.
i) and ii) will pay William Brereton, his wife and son, £60 p.a. for life.
