DescriptionSecond edition 1904, surveyed 1881, revised 1901. Uncoloured. Pencil and ink annotation. Area at Rough Hill in the north-east highlighted pink. Old coal shaft at Bumble Hole highlighted and has notes dated 19 Dec 1929. Gadsgreen reservoir to the north. Rowley Regis, Springfield, Knowle Colliery and Hailstone Quarry to the east. Brickhouse Colliery and Birmingham Pottery to the south-east. Darby End and Windmill End to the south. Primrose Hill and Withymoor Works to the south-west. Netherton and Netherton Colliery to the west. Baptist End and Baptist End Colliery to the north-west. The Great Western Railway from the north-west splits into the Netherton and Halesowen branch towards the south and the Withymoor Basin branch towards the south-west. The Dudley Canal from the south-west splits and enters the Netherton Tunnel towards in the centre towards the north-east and continues towards the south-east.
