Copied from surveys made in 1826 and 1827, corrected in 1843 and 1844. Ink annotation dating from the 20th century. Catchem's Corner and Spring Vale ironworks to the north. Birmingham Canal and Cappon Field works to the north-east. Cinder Hill to the south-west. Ettingshall Park to the west. Birmingham, Wolverhampton & Stour Valley Railway from the north towards the south-east.
