A messuage, gardens, orchard, shop and land, called the Sign of the Crown; plots in Peacock field; a new cottage; croft called Wythycroft; and land in Wiggfield; moiety of Sign of the Crown and lands belonging to the use of Alice Parkeshouse for life, after her death to use of William Parkeshouse and his lawful heirs.

Other moiety of Sign of the Crown and parts of the land belonging, smith's shop and 4a in Peacock field to the use of William Parkeshouse and Ann for their lives as jointure for Ann, then to use of heirs.

Consideration: marriage between William Parkeshouse and Ann Blakeman alias Turner, daughter of Robert Blakeman alias Turner, late of Birmingham, decd; and £100 to William Parkeshouse by Sara Blackman alias Turner (widow and executrix of Robert Blakeman) as marriage portion; and jointure for Ann.
