ii) to convey all his lands in Linley, Leics. and Norfield, Worcs. to Lord Sheffield or appointees, to the use of Triphena for life with remainder to ii) and his heirs forever. If the lands do not amount to a yearly value of £300, then ii) will convey such other lands as necessary to make up jointure to £300.
