TitleAssignment of Land and Gas Works at Dudley
DescriptionIndenture dated 1st May 1824. John Barlow and George Barlow both of Sambrook House, Basinghall Street, London, Merchants and Co-Partners, in consideration of having 600 shares in the Town of Dudley Gas Light Company, and in consideration of the sum of 5 shillings, assign to the Company a parcel of land, being part of the land called 'Cookes Tettenhall' near to a carriage road near 'Pits Hole' in Dudley, together with the Gasometer, tanks, engines, works, machinery, apparatus and fixtures.
