| Description | The last meeting of the Lower Sedgley Local Board was held on 20th March 1876. From 1876-1877 this volume holds minutes of the Coseley Local Board. There is a note in the minutes of the first meeting for Coseley Urban District Council, 21st April 1876 stating 'An Instrument under the seal of the Local Government Board was received, sanctioning the alteration of the name of the Board to that of Coseley Local Board'.
